In a telephone conversation with a PLRB staff member on October 30, 2019, Doug Maschler, Building Official for Sherburne County, MN, confirmed his department enforces the 2015 Minnesota State Building Codes throughout the county and for all townships, except that, Sherburne County does not issue building permits for incorporated municipalities of the County or for Becker Township.
